Lips of clasp were reversed meaning assembled backwards. Also white claspes but sent silver screws. Bad decision.

I used these as the locking mechanism for a home brew version of a Decked / Truck Vault drawer system for my truck. What can I say, they're hasps…easy to install, sturdy enough, and inexpensive, all good qualities in my book.

I bought this lock to make my own DIY lock box (the actual lock I bought separately). Anytime I buy from amazon I mentally prepare myself for the worst, worst case scenario would’ve been receiving a lock that was rusted or bent or completely useless, but this was the exact opposite. Definitely recommend, 10/10 purchase.

This is no flimsy lock. Very strong and durable. I used it to lock a utility cabinet. The only problem I had was that it was a little too small. I could have used it to be an 1” longer. But a didn’t want it return it, & I made it work for me.
