Better than I expected. The fit was perfect. The material was soft and comfortable. It wasn't too thin but not too thick, it kept her warm without making her sweat. My daughter used it for her formal and it complimented her dress nicely. Best part was that it wasn't cheap looking.

First off the photos really don’t do this cute bolero jacket justice- the lighting was terrible and it did not capture the beauty of the “Golden Brown” color at all, but it’s the only photo I have it!I ordered this because I was looking for a cropped jacket with a little bit of shimmer/sparkle for a Renaissance Faire New Year’s Eve event I attended. I wanted something to still match the more rustic autumn colors of my costume while giving just a hint of that celebratory party vibe. I’m not entirely sure it truly matched the best, but that has nothing to do with the jacket and everything to do with me not ordering a better material of top to wear with it. That being said it wasn’t awful and it really helped dress up a basic ribbed tank top! It was so extremely comfortable to wear- it has a decent amount of stretch to it so I could dance all night and not feel like my movements were restricted. I’m wearing an xs (I’m 5’2”, about 100lbs, with a small chest and average shoulders) and you can see that it’s not too tight, but it was still form fitting and flattering. The neckline really helped keep me warm and covered my bare shoulders well! Which was important because it was absolutely FREEZING at the event! I don’t think I would have been able to stay until midnight without this! I loved that the sleeves are more fitted so I was able to push them up on my arms when necessary but was also to able to wear my fingerless gloves over the sleeves without them feeling bunched up and uncomfortable! I’d say the sleeves were maybe just less than a quarter of inch too short for me BUT I like sleeves that fall over my wrist and on to my hand, which I don’t think is the intended design and is just a personal preference. It was long enough to stop at my hand which probably looks more polished and it didn’t really bother me. Now, it does look slightly wrinkled in the photo but I literally opened the packaged, quickly tried it on, and then shoved it into my bag to leave for the event. It then sat balled up for the 3.5 hour drive, and stayed in my purse for an hour or two before I put it on. This picture was taken immediately after that and I didn’t even shake the wrinkles out. Within a few hours those wrinkles were totally gone and it looked great! Did I mention it’s so soft?! Because it is! Both the outer and inner parts of it feel great! It had the perfect amount of velvety shimmer and looked like a much more expensive jacket. I just adore it! So much so that I bought two other colors and have my eye on several more! I absolutely 100% recommend this! I believe it runs TTS and with the stretch I don’t think it would be necessary to size up, maybe even size down depending on the fit you want and what you plan to wear under it!

I really liked this bolero. The velvet felt great, and the quality was excellent. I'm 5' 4" with a 32DD chest, and I ordered the small. It fit perfectly! The color matched the image, and it went beautifully with my dress. I would buy this brand again, if I need another bolero.

I was worried that the size would be too small, but they are true to size and I actually should’ve got one size smaller.
