I've been trying out several meals from several different companies, but this was the one meal I couldn't finish. I found the flavor unappealing. Consistency, water saturation, everything was fine, but the flavor itself I didn't find enjoyable. I do like chicken Pad Thai normally though.

Tasted great, easy, fast and convenient. Did a bike packing trip and after a long day on the bike it was so great to have a simple and fast meal. The package said two servings, I had no trouble eating the entire package, so unless you eat like a sparrow I would recommend only the packages that are two servings.

Since they're new to the market I purchased one of each of their products. I was excited to try it because Mountain House and Backpacker Pantry have very limited flavors and this company (and Peak) seem to have gone out on a ledge to try more creative things. Their stuff is very hit and miss. Some stuff is amazing, some stuff is bland, there's very little that in between. This one is amazing. I'll be adding a lot more of these to my collection. A bit disappointed with the 5yr age on it, I'd expect freeze dried to last at least twice as long.
