I bought this because my elderly cat sometimes pees on my bed. This has protected both my bed linens and the mattress. Works great for that purpose.

Love these, I actually got these to go on my couch, same colour as couch so not too noticeable. My dog can get up with wet paws and fur and it is waterproof. Easy to take off and wash. Holds up well in the wash. I would recommend even for people to use under sheets as a waterproof bed cover in case of pee. Nice soft material. Not plasticy at all. Not crinkly. Just like a quilted blanket.
