I love the look of these dishes, the bowls are a little on the small side, but overall, the set is love at first sight. They are dishwasher safe, microwave safe, and the sturdy. They are packed extremely well, so they arrive in perfect condition, and come with a guarantee by the company.

These bowls are huge--they are more like serving bowls than for individual use. It would be very easy to overeat if they were filled even partially. They certainly are sturdily made and built to last. I like the wavy edges. But the blue color is more muted (almost gray) than shown in the photos and frankly, it is so off-putting for food that I will not be using these bowls. It reminds me of red meat gone bad--not a good look. I would recommend these bowls in a different color and use as serving bowls,

If I had known the bottom of these was raw....that these weren't fully painted, they were partially dipped...I'd never have picked them. My son has sensory processing disorder and can't touch unpainted pottery like this. It feels like the red clay garden pots, and gives him the "nails on a chalkboard feeling x 100." He gagged touching these.To some, it's not a big deal. To us, it renders these unusable. The picturess do not match the product in any way. Every angle shows fully painted pieces. My rating, regardless of quality, will remain a 1 star until they properly show what these bowls look like. Also, it totally changes the aesthetic. The gap is very visible, very brick-colored. It stands out. Really disappointed, as these appeared to be exactly what I wanted. In reality, they are very different.
