Klare Kaufempfehlung.

This product worked flawlessly and was very durable and sturdy I was very impressed I have a hydraulic crimper on hand that was not real expensive that I've used for a van conversion and I set that to a 10 and it worked perfectly. If I had to do the compression by hands or something I don't know it would probably be a bit tough I tried it with a crimper and was not able to make a dent in the connector. I ended up he shrinking the ends where the wire insulation stopped into the Anderson brass and that was awesome and it worked perfectly. I've never used Anderson Clips before but now that I have I'm sort of hooked but I probably will never need them again. This was for a van conversion and 10 AWG wires into a water from a 12 volt system. Anything larger than 10 AWG I'm not sure if this would really fit well and it's up to you if you want to trim your eight AWG brass to fit this fitting but that's kind of your call. For 10 and 12 AWG this would be perfect. I don't care what it says.

This is the second time I purchased these. The first time I only replaced the connector in the plug and not the receptacle on the EZ-GO Marathon cart. This was a mistake as the receptacle connection had a bad connection as well. This resulted in the plug connector being a poor connection and overheating, partially melting the connector housing. Not yet knowing of the connection issue, I replaced the plug again. In a short time, the same thing happened. I reordered the pair and replaced both connectors this time. This was much better as I now have a solid smooth connection when plugging the cart. The tool was useful for removing the old connection contact, but a small jewelers flat screwdriver would probably work. You can also just cut off the wire at the end of the connector housing if you have enough spare wire. Installing the new plug was done using a wide flat screwdriver and pushing on the back of the contact until it clicks in place.Tip:Instead of buying a specialized crimping tool I used the $25 to buy a Bernzomatic butane torch soldering tool. It can be used 3 ways. I removed the end to provide a small torch flame per directions. Using a vise-grip plier (or a vise) to hold the contact vertically, I soldered the wire into the end for a solid electrical connection and a nifty soldering tool for other projects!
