All my pots and pans are Analon. They are wonderful, easy to clean, and long lasting. My only issue with griddle is I wish it was a little wider. Love it anyway.

I initially bought this because of the handles but the griddle surface really works great so far.

It's okay, but doesn't feel very sturdy (lightweight and thin), and the edges are quite shallow so I'd worry about hot fats splashing out when I pick it up and carry it to whatever receptacle I'm going to pour the hot fats into.(I also decided I needed a griddle wider than 10 inches so I could cook bacon strips parallel to the short sides instead of parallel to the long side. I don't fault Anolon for that! The dimensions you see for the item are accurate. I just wasn't careful enough to measure my old griddle before ordering this one.)I have had three sets of Anolon pots over the years and I really like their skillets and saucepans, especially the Nouveau Copper lines. Anolon is good, high quality, long lasting stuff... but this griddle was underwhelming.

I was shopping for a griddle to replace the old heavy cast iron one. This griddle is fantastic, just be sure to read the warning for a glass top stove! I bought it for use on my gas stove on our boat. Also, Amazon had the best price.
