I am not sure but I think this item was reshipped. It was in a box from the manufacture the accessories were laid on top of the GPS, metal and plastic with no cover between the GPS and the accessories. There was no instructions or warranty. When I removed it from the manufacturers box and turned the GPS face up there was a spot of glue in the upper left corner. Was it a the manufacturer’s logo? Don’t know. I cleaned the screen and it booted up but without instructions it became almost impossible to use. Shut it down and contacted Amazon good service but said I could return it as the had no contact with the manufacturer. When I tried to boot it after charging it would not function.

Nothing this a a great GPS.Ease to use simple to program a destination overall it can do alot of things very good GPS for the money you can’t go wrong I recommend it to my brother and he ordered one to this is what he was looking for.

First impression is that the item looks well made and is made with more than just plastic. If the software is as good as the navi looks I'll have got an excellent winning deal.

This was the third unit I ordered. I returned the other two different manufactured units bc one was bulky and the other was cheap. This unit fits my needs. 1. It was very easy to set up. 2. I like that you can set different user profiles because my wife doesn't like to drive the highway so her profile set routes with no highways and mine has them. 3. I like that when the unit is plugged into the charger in the car, the unit turns on and shuts off when the car is turned on or off. 4. It's easy to program destinations. 5. The one thing I don't like is that it doesn't announce the street names but I can live with that. 5. The screen is perfect size. 6. I did not use a suction cup mount. I have a heavy duty magnetic phone holder on my cars dash so I put a plate in the back of the unit and it sticks to the magnet close to the dashboard. It looks like it's part of the vehicle. 7. My wife learned how to use it quickly. I recommend this unit for anyone who no longer wants to use their small screen phone as a GPS and have something that's permanent in the vehicle.

No instructions of value. The operating system is clunky. Not very friendly to use, beyond actual programming. If you're looking for the cancel route button you'll be digging for 10 minutes to find it. This is not user-friendly programmed. I do not need a GPS that tells me what clothes I wear. I do not need a GPS that plays games. Yes it plays music or movies. I need a GPS that works as a GPS. I need to find the buttons accessibility. Some kind of a manual would be more helpful. Less BS extra programs. More actual friendly GPS actions would be better.On the trucking side of the GPS I do not need to till it what truck it's in everyday. Not necessary. It is not necessary to locate GPS satellites who wants the GPS is set up. The clock is always 1 hour different and I continue to set it and it reverts back to whatever time it wants. Worthless finding your time zone. I am in Pacific standard Time and it continues to want to be in Central mountain. It's 1 hour difference. These are just a few of the things that just absolutely make no sense after resetting several times the unit back to base information. It needs an enema. Too much crap clogging it up.Now that I've had a few months with it it continues to fail. I cannot set the time zone and have not been able to since purchase. Could not update it at all since purchase. It has gotten me lost in a major city. The gooey system isn't friendly to use like you think it would. The size is good it's a good size but overall usage of this product or wheel chock. Don't waste your money pretty damn sad even for a vehicle it's not advisable. Some of the programs in it could be useful but they're the low dollar no name where the hell did you find this programs. Seriously there's better truck mapping apps for your cell phone or anything that runs or works on a cell phone or small tablet. As the old saying goes you get what you pay for, you ain't paying much ain't gonna get much That's what I got I didn't get much I think my dog's nose is better than this GPS
