Mes deux serveurs ont tenu sans problème pendant 20 minutes de de coupures de courant intermittent. Capacité excellente, je suis en moyenne a 35% de capacité, et j'ai d'autres équipements réseaux de branché dessus.Je suis réconcilier avec les UPS

The batteries in this unit (3 tried) do not fully charge. The important Runtime Configuration test will not run unless the battery is fully charged. Previous APC Smart UPS units I have owned never displayed these problems.Item was purchased from Amazon. Support from Amazon could not be better. Amazon offered to replace the unit without requiring the defective unit be returned! Outstanding!However, I went instead to APC for a fix as I have had good luck with them in the past. APC support at first was also excellent: First they sent a new battery in the hope that that was what was wrong. When that proved not to be the case, they replaced the entire unit. When that also did not work, they replaced the second unit. But when I reported that the replacement also had the same problem (would not fully charge the battery), I have not heard from them again.The issue is that APC, for whatever reason, seems to have no answer to why this unit does not fully charge its battery.I assume that at some future date they will rework the firmware, the battery, or the over all design and this problem will be corrected. I recommend that you wait until then to buy the APC SMT series.

I'm done with some of the newer "cheaper" brands of UPS's. APCs run a bit more money when stacked against similarly specc'd units but I've found that you really get what you pay for. I won't bad-mouth the other brand that let me down so often, but I'm done taking chances and now just choose APC for reliability.This model in particular is great. Just make sure you have room or a shelf to put it on and that it's secure. Like most UPS's this thing is heavy!

I am FURIOUS at the moment. I received an APC 1500VA Smart ups and it was a breeze to set up and connected to the internet with ZERO trouble.So o ordered a second one APC100VA and it arrived and the SmartConnect would not Connect. I went through trouble shooting with APC .. they were terrific, and the smart connect card is not functioning.I went on Amazon to exchange the device. The system forced me to CCHAT with a series of IDIOTS who kept me kn the chat for about 30 to 45 minutes, asking me to go through all the same trouble shooting i had already done. Passed from through 4 idiots ...who asked the same question each time. and the last guys said. Oh sorry, this is not returnable.I have returned about 5 things from amazon in the past years, and their support has been superb. This was a nightmare .. I am furious and frankly pretty surprised and disappointed.I cannot find anywhere in the website any reference to this not being returnable. I may have missed it ...
