Terrible! I just received this set of strings and the high G string has a kink in it half way up the string, which will eventually break.

Wear your safety glasses. Not the highest quality but you get get allot for your money. Very fine bristles that will fly away easily. I found this perfect for cleaning our crevices without scaring the product. The more I use them the more I see the benefits. With the low cost I don't mind using a fresh brush more often.

I like the Super Nylgut's on my Tenors but, prefer the New Nylgut on my Soprano's and Concert's. There is no perfect ukulele strings, so you have to pick whatever works best for you. As always, Aquila quality is above par, they know ukulele strings better than anyone. I would like to see the price come down a bit.

I can't complain much due to the price point. They get the job done but wear your safety glasses and watch your feet. Some of the wires will fly off and I even got a few stuck in my feet when they slipped into my shoes. However, great bang for buck especially compared to the brand name ones.

I've used the standard Aquila Nylgut strings on ukulele and Renaissance lute and have enjoyed them very much. The NEW Super Nylgut is even better! The tone and feel is so close to real gut strings that it's hard to tell the difference. And I've heard (and played) real gut strings on many early music instruments, along with all the moaning and groaning about the multitue of problems that gut strings present. No matter whether you're a highly skilled player or a beginner, these Super Nylgut strings will make your instrument sound beautiful. Be aware that they take a few days to settle in as they stretch a bit more than the standard nylon or nylgut strings. But when they do settle in, you won't want to stop playing!

Several weeks in and these strings won't hold tune. For the price t hey should perform bettet. Have relied on Aquila in the past but these are just dreadfull. Sound is terrible. Switching to Dadario
