Arandelas planas JMINRUN
Una arandela plana también se conoce como arandela lisa tipo A. Las arandelas planas son circulares y planas y varían en grosor. También tienen un agujero central para acomodar el tornillo. Las arandelas planas se utilizan para distribuir la fuerza o corregir el tamaño de un agujero. En otras palabras, se utilizan arandelas planas para aumentar la superficie de rodamiento del tornillo. De esta manera, el objeto fijado experimenta menos presión superficial. Cuando la superficie del rodamiento se hunde bajo la presión superficial, puede provocar aflojamiento. Afortunadamente, una arandela plana puede reducir la presión superficial eficazmente y evitar que el tornillo se suelte.
Cómo usar arandelas:
Lo primero que debes comprobar cuando utilices una arandela es que has elegido uno del grosor correcto. Una arandela más gruesa te ayudará cuando tengas un montaje que necesita un poco de estanqueidad adicional, incluso puedes necesitar más de una arandela en tales casos. Cuando la impermeabilización es tu lente principal, una arandela más delgada puede ser suficiente. Es esencial medir el tamaño de la arandela. Usar una que sea demasiado grande o demasiado pequeña afectará negativamente a la articulación. También es aconsejable engrasar tus arandelas. I'm one of those guys who just loves to already have something whenever I need it, so I got this without any particular purpose in mind, but my goodness, I have so many washers now that I'm finding all kinds of uses for them. Kind of like when you're a hammer, every problem is a nail - every problem now needs a little washer to fix it, but I have 'em!There's really nothing special about the washers themselves - they're not particularly shiny or high quality or whatever. I mean, they're just washers, so I don't see how they really can be special, but they are exactly what they say they are, and this kit has an absolute ton. Great value for a great selection!

I'm always needing that one size washer I don't have, or I'll have 3 when I need 4, and so on... hence this kit is an excellent resource to have on the workshop shelf. The smaller sizes are kinda filler so they can boast "630 pieces!" but you really don't need 300 M2 and M3 washers (or maybe you do, in which case this is an excellent kit for you anyhow!) So take a look at the sizes and counts of what is included, but it's still a good deal.The storage box is welcome - and it wasn't cracked and crushed as these often come. I also appreciated how the washers were packed in plastic bags in the storage cubbies, as often these get tossed around in shipping and you end-up with 630 tiny washers all mixed together in different bins which you then get to sort.

I like to have as many little hardware kits as I can get if the price is reasonable enough. This is to prevent additional trips to the hardware store if I have the hardware store on my workbench. I find I’m more likely to fix something or create something with the hardware on hand. For 22 USD, this set is pricey for a bunch of washers and a plastic case. As much as I like the set, I don’t think I would order it again due to the price.

Washers:This kit consists of every medium to small size SAE or metric stainless steel flat washer normally needed (SEE PICTURE FOR SIZE COMPARISONS). The washers are not thin low quality washers. They are thick high quality washers. They are rounded on one side and flat on the other. These washers can definitely support nuts that are really torqued down without marring or deforming.I’ve converted the smaller SAE sizes to fractions for comparison purposes:6# = 9/64 inch8# = 5/3210# = 3/16Storage Box:1. All the parts are shipped in individual plastic bags (SEE PICTURE):a. This prevents mixing up of washers which might happen during handling.b. Some of the washers are really small and would shift to other compartments if not in plastic bags.c. I removed the bags for the larger washers that would not shift between compartments.2. I really liked the organization of the washers in the box:a. All the SAE washers are grouped together sorted by size.b. All the metric washers are grouped together sorted by size.3. The storage box is thicker plastic and the closure snap stouter than the majority of my similar type parts boxes.4. Labeling of the parts box is much better than most other parts boxes. Both the top and inside of the lid are labeled. The outside label makes it easier to find this box among others. The inside label displays what sizes are in what compartment when the lid is open.This kit was a great addition to my collection of parts kits. I like to immediately have the stainless steel size I need when working on a project.

The assortment is literally hundreds of super small washers with a few large ones. I was surprised they were so small. However, the price of washers at big box stores is stupid, so I decided to keep it for future use. The organization box is nice.
