4 star because they did come with scuff marks on the shaft. I suspect they were purchased and returned which is why they were on sale! But I used ariat boot conditioner ( which is water repellent, cleaner, polisher, protector and conditioner all in one ) and you can barely see the scuffs now. Bound to happen if you wear them regularly anyway! Overall happy. They fit perfect. Glad I got them on sale. I wouldn't have paid full price.

These boots are super comfortable, I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and walking in these didn't hurt in the least. The sole is shock absorbing and not too mention they are super cute with bell bottom jeans! I wore them to the Rodeo and walked around for hours and didn't have sore feet. I highly recommend these and I hope to get more of this style in other colors. Ariat never disappoints!

Birthday present for my wife, and she loved them. Actually she said they felt comfortable since day one, the previous pair, also Ariat, was as comfortable at the beginning.
