It is a good looking and comfortable chair. It was easy to assemble and the swivel is solid and works smoothly. The nice feature is that the part that gets in contact the counter is not wood but the "leather" padding. I have seen other type of similar counter chair with nick marks on the wood from hitting the counter top's edge. The only problem I found (and hence only 4 stars) was that the plastic parts screwed to legs were making an annoying scratching/screeching noise when the chairs were being moved on my engineered hardwood floor. I removed the adjustable screws, and instead I glued on thick felt squares from my local hardware store. The chairs do not wobble and moving them does not grate on my nerves.

Good solid bar stool. Easy to assemble. Only complaint, wish the seat was a little deeper.

My grandson (8) sat in this chair with last year’s Christmas pj’s that have been washed probably 100 times. For some reason red dye transfer occurred only on this vinyl. I emailed the company asking how to remove the dye and this is the lame response I received “ Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry to hear about this issue and appreciate you providing a photo. We only recommend using a mild soap and warm water to clean our products. “ I didn’t ask how to clean them I asked how to remove the dye off the vinyl. Obviously this is not even close to a decent quality vinyl. BUYER BEWARE. I have tried many things to remove the red dye but it won’t come off. We’re afraid to sit on them with blue jeans and other cotton clothing. Going to email Amazon to try to return them.
