Best four dollars I have ever spent on my car. It says it won’t fit a 2015 Chevy Impala, but the big plug size does fit. I’ve been extremely irritable Auto stop feature. Took me less than a minute the plug is right under the hood latch

Yumfugu Pack-1 Car Auto Start Stop Disable Delete Eliminator Disabler Canceller, Car Start Stop Wiring Harness, Compatible with Chevrolet Equinox does what it says. It prevents the car from auto-stopping when sitting stopped once car is warmed up. My Equinox does not have a switch on the dash to prevent this from happening and I thought I'd try this.Even though this does what it says it is made for, I decided not to keep using it and I am saving this in case I have any issues with low battery or the starter and have the option to prevent the car from all of the shut down, startups.If you're irritated by the Auto-Stop feature, this will end that frustration. I did not encounter any check-engine lights when I used this, but I know others have mentioned that they have.

Ordered this to stop the auto shutoff/restart in my vehicle. I was absolutely done with the auto off/on in my vehicle as I always needed to push the button as there is no way do default the system to off. This cable plugs into a wiring harness in the front of the vehicle, which seems to tell the vehicle the hood is open and auto off/on disables. I do get an intermittent check engine light with this cable installed, but it doesn't seem critical.Overall, a good way to default the system to off.

No more annoying start stop on my 2024 Trax. Well worth the money.
