It’s “smaller” than what a listed 18” would imply. I couldn’t fit a 16” circular item into it.

Used to cover treat baskets for our elderly at church. Very sturdy.

I wish I could have bought just one, but these are perfect for covering gifts in large, heavy baskets. There is plenty of room at the top to add a big beautiful bow as well. Every year my husband donates a Bloody Mary Basket for his clubs golf outing. I guess I will save the other nine and use one next year!

I used them to make this board at school. They were not very big but they worked great for my project.
