Hello, when I received this product it felt durable and well constructed. However, while using it for the third time the clamp that holds the ball tight broke. Now the clamp won't hold my DSLR in place. Not impressed with the functionality with this ball head.

I recently purchased the NB46 ballhead, and it's fine for the price. The NB46 ballhead is robust and built to last. The metal construction feels solid and premium, giving me confidence that it can withstand use. The finish is smooth and professional, adding an aesthetic touch to its functionality. The load capacity is impressive, and the locking mechanism ensures that once you set your angle, it stays in place. It required more pressure than I imagined to lock it.However, one minor drawback is that the spirit level is covered by the plate when mounted, making it impossible to use for leveling the camera. Despite this, the overall functionality and performance remain top-notch.

Really nice quality ball-head. Very impressed with the build quality and sturdiness that this head provides at the price point that it sells for. Legitimately is as well built as a ball-head costing twice as much if not more. Holds my heavy 150-600 wildlife photography rig and moves smoothly. When locked down it’s as sturdy as can be. Really nice that they include the two arca Swiss plates too. Overall just a really great value.

Smooth operation and strong enough to hold up my 18 lb rifle.

This 46mm ball head is probably overkill for my equipment, but I got this one because I wanted something I would have no worries about, even with my longest lens. The head itself lived up to my expectations. When you lock it down, it's SOLID! The only fault I found is that the rubber grippers on the plate aren't up to the task when the camera is rotated to the portrait orientation, even with a short lens. The camera slips and rotates. It's an easy fix, but for something rated to hold over 50 lbs of gear and having the "U" slots to easily go to portrait mode, it was a little disappointing to have to substitute a thin layer of cork for the rubber. That's what cost them 1 star. (I'd have only taken off a half star or less if that were possible.) Not a deal-breaker tho, so I kept it. The "expensive" part of the head is a great buy IMHO. And their customer service tried hard to help as well.
