Purchase this for a whelping area for my dog. It was used for 5 days and my dog put a hole in it. I had it out fully and she managed to rip it. So I had to cut the lining out so I can use the framing of it until I build a box. It's good if you don't intend to use it for many days. If not I would not recommend it as my dog put a hole in it.

Worked great for our puppies! As they got a little bigger they could jump over the side so we added an extra gate outside. Still left them plenty of room to play.

We ordered the PupEZ system here on Amazon and after the run around of no delivery for 2 weeks, we ordered this Puppy Whelping pool. Received within 3 days and had it all setup with 15 minutes for our 12 puppies to be delivered. Was nice to have the not very tall walls where I could help in the delivering. Was large enough for my Wife to sit in with our Great Dane. Between the paper chucks and the plastic bottom of the whelping pool, we had very little cleanup after 8 puppies. Unfortunately, we had to have a C-Section for the other 4 puppies which 2 didn't survive. In short, great whelping pool for deliveries, but not for a long term system. So that is what I would recommend it for.

I use this as a whelping box for my dog. It worked pretty good. She can flatten the sides of it but she is 110 pound German shepherd. I also used to give puppies baths and things of that nature afterwards and then I had three teenage kids, decided that they weren’t to sit in it, and it held up against all of those, but the sides do fold down. I don’t know how to really keep them up. You would have to just not touch them if you lean back at all on the edges then it’ll kind of warped. Also if they get wonky, then the side falls down and all the water kind of runs out so it is what it is but it’s just ok for me, decent price earned it 4 stars
