This numpad is lightweight, easy to pack with you, doesn't take up a lot of real estate on your desk. It works 100 (that was typed with the numpad). It's easy to forget that it's battery powered, as I never turn it off, except when I pack it in my bag. The sleep mode seems to work great, as it doesn't use up much battery at all. It's still on it's original battery. It wakes up the instant you press a button, and I've had no issues with it missing a button press. I'm happy with this, it's very useful, and works great!

The default Magic Keyboard that comes with the Mac doesn't include a number pad, so this is a nice accessory to have, especially when having to enter in a lot of numbers.The build of the keypad looks and feels a bit cheap when compared to the solid metal of a Magic Keyboard, but the color is nice at least.Furthermore, it connects with a USB dongle. If the keypad is wireless, why not just add a bluetooth chip to it? I also wish that it had a rechargeable battery, rather than needing AAA's.That being said, it is functional and does what I needed it for, so I'm not expecting a miracle.

This is a pile of junk. The instructions, if you can call them that, don't even mention Apple products. SKip this item and buy another one.
