This is an upgrade to a red dot finder to match my other finderscopes in my other telescopes. Bracket and adjusting knobs in good condition and works well. Remember to adjust focus by rotating objective lens in front.

I bought this because it said it showed a right side up view. It does not. The centerline is thick and has some small off shoot seepage. But I don’t think it will affect the overall usage. Disappointed it still shows an inverted image.

I purchased this telescope finder to use with a 6 inch Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope. Like most telescopes, you need to first find the object you desire to view through a wide angle finder. Then, once centered in the finder's crosshairs, you observe the object at higher power in your telescope. This finder is easy to align with two adjustment screws. It fits into a shew that mounts to your telescope. The finder has excellent optics and enough light gathering power to see most bright nebulae and star clusters. You'll get excellent performance at a bargain price.
