This wireless router provides excellent coverage throughout my 3,400 sqft home and even some areas outside yet near to the house. I have a 1Gbps connection updown coming into the house. This unit exceeds my expectations. It was very easy to configure. The Wifi6 capabilities work great. With more than 20 internet connected devices in my home, this wireless router performs wonderfully. I'll admit that I'm biased towards Asus wireless routers since I've owned and used them for many years. They've been great for my home internet connectivity needs.

Just don't. Just outside the 90 day return window, this started rebooting randomly, getting worse over time until only a hard power cycle stops it... for a day or two. Then it starts again. I guess I'll go back to buying in person at a brick and mortar store where I can actually return something that's defective.

No more daily drops with Wi-Fi. I use this with the Merlin firmware and it works well.

UPDATE : ASUS PUSHED UPDATE FOR DHCP FOR VLAN! 5 star product for the price. Rewd rest for more infoI was hoping this router would have VLAN features that I could use to isolate network devices. While it does have that feature, I am would need to have a DHCP server set up for those VLAN's . I have pushed commands via SSH to the router and updated the /jjfs and NVRAM but to no avail. I believe if I were to install Merlin Firmware I could get this to work. But out of the box this thing is just "ok". Do not expect the stock firmware to be able to do advanced routing and VLAN tagging. If there is an update I will try to rememebr to update this review. But for the money this thing isnt worth it. Wait till it goes on sale or buy used and make sure to flash firmware when buying used as you do not know who owned it prior. Wifi is FAST, no issues with basic functionality either. So for daily basic and beginner use this is thing rocks. You'll be disappointed if you are a professional.
