This works great for any standard 1.5 inch pvc. To turn the diverter just press down on the handle and it turns easily.

I used this to cut flow of water to my pool filter so I could clean my pool. All of you that have a cartridge filter this valve is a blessing! All these years of not knowing I could do this !! Highly recommend

This valve is great for my application, and I would use it on any pool equipment setup now after testing it.I believe the majority of past reviewers that said the handle was hard to move did not realize how to properly operate the handle - to move the handle with ease you must push down on the handle so it lifts up from the lock mechanism, as pictured.I am using this for a portable pool vacuum set up.I am confident in this valve and if I need to replace the internals I will just buy another valve and pull the guts.. for $15 you really can’t find anything better .

This valve provides a great and economical way to create a bypass when installing a pool heater. This price is great and the valve works wonderfully. It is an absolute must for pool plumbing setups, especially when a heater is involved.The only thing that would make it better, is if the valve was easier to turn. Other than that, I couldn't ask for anything more.

Looks to be a very good quality valve and will suit my purposes. I can't believe these people that thought they were going to get all the extra stuff for this price.. The valve alone is a good deal at this price, i will be buying more.
