I ordered batteries because the "What's in the box" list here didn't include them, but they DID come with the phones, so here's a heads up that you don't need to order them separately. Bought this set to replace same/similar model that finally gave out, we got another brand to replace at a big box, and just didn't like them as well so we're back to AT&T. I hope we love these new ones as much as we did the originals.

The phone is fairly easy to navigate and has nice large buttons. There is a directory to add frequently dialed numbers and a special call screening and call blocking feature. This is a great feature and perfect for older adults and non-technical people.However, the answering system is easy to set up but hard to navigate. Maybe I can clear up what I’ve discovered. The phone has two systems, the answering system and voicemail system that is set up with your phone company. I have the red light answering machine on. When I get a call, it says new voicemail and a dark envelope appears. This means that my voicemail with my phone company received the message and I’ll have to either login or call a number to retrieve that voicemail. At the same time, my phone answering system says no messages and the counter reads “0”. If I press play on my phone answering system, it will say “no new messages” This is extremely confusing. What I been trying to figure out is how to choose one or the other or both??? How do I allow messages to go to my local landline answering system where I can come home after a long day, press the play button and hear my messages?? Can I stop my messages from going to voicemail with my telephone company or is that the default? I would like to do that because I don’t want to have to dial another number, a code or login to the website of my telephone provider just to hear messages. Thinking of simplicity here…If anyone has discovered how to do this, please let me know. Overall the phone has good sound quality and is a keeper despite this glitch. I’m going to contact the manufacturer/company regarding the answering machine. UPDATE: the key to getting messages on the phone answering system is to set the number of rings to 4 or less so that the messages go to the phone’s answering system FIRST. Anything more than 4 and the messages will go to your phone company’s voicemail service. FINALLY! I set mine to 3 and it worked perfectly!!!! I can now hear when someone leaves a message and the number of messages is now counted. Also, the indicator that it works is that it reads “1 New Message” on the headset. Hope this can help someone out who is having the same issue.

Es un equipo muy versátil liviano bateria dura mucho tiene un buen sistema de operación nada más le faltó un poco más de volumen de la evento lo que acabe bien

Gracias a la función de bloqueo de llamadas y permitir solo llamadas de contactos seleccionados es indispensable para quitarse de encima esas llamadas molestas y de acoso.

Le puse solo 1 estrella en "Fácil de Instalar" y "Fácil de Usar" porque no me mandáron el manual en Español. Si no entiendo con claridad cómo inslatarlo y cómo usarlo, por la falta del manual, entonces voy a tener problemas. Siendo que en todos, bueno en casi todos los manuales, vienen en diferentes idiomas inlcuido el español por supuesto. Y mas que si mandan estos aparatos a México, tienen que mandar instrucciones en Español.Me paréce grosero que no lo hagan. Espero que el "servicio al cliente" de Amazon vea mi queja y solucionen éste problema.Espero también que me manden los manuales en español y entonces voy a cambiar mi comentario de negativo a positivo.Gracias por su atención

El volumen del timbre no es alto, los tonos son aburridos, el interfon esta en una opción de menú, no tiene bluetooth, pantalla grande, teclado botones grandes, se ilumina al entrar una llamada, varios modos de bloqueo de llamadas de entrada, se pueden agregar extensiones, largo alcance a la base del teléfono, si se queda sin energía la base se pierde la configuración de hora y fecha.

Inicialmente buscaba un teléfono que me permitiera bloquear 2000 números, pero este fue el que encontré que más tenía. No me convencía tener sólo 1000, pero cuando me llegó, descubrí que puedo bloquear todas las llamadas y sólo permitir las llamadas de los números que yo fuarde en mi agenda. Es como sí tuviera bloqueados tooooodos los números sin límite.

Ya tengo más de un año que los adquirí aquí y han funcionado a la perfección, me encantaron todas las características que tiene además de muy estético.

El servicio de Amazon estuvo bien, llegó antes de lo previsto, eso si, en un sobre-burbuja amarillo cuestión por lo que solo digo que el servicio estuvo bien, es molesto que artículos delicados sean enviados en estos sobres ojalá mejoren este aspecto. Ya en cuanto al producto fué una mala compra, esperaba que por la marca fuera bueno, pero no, como podrán ver en la foto uno de los teléfonos esta dañado, en el display no aparece absolutamente nada, solo se enciende su retroiluminacion, pensé que podía ser la batería, pero no, las intercambie y siguió igual, los dejé cargando una hora y nada así que inicié la devolución del mismo (esto sin inconvenientes por parte de Amazon). Realmente estaba interesado en el producto y le quise dar una segunda oportunidad comprando otro igual pero resulta que el precio practimente se había duplicado y además apareció como ya no disponible, una lastima se quedarán con mi mala opinión, encontré unos Panasonic haber que tal.

Will this phone block or allow this important call?A: from the manual: "...There are many organizations like schools, medical offices, and pharmacies that use robocalls [automated/pre-recorded messages] to communicate important information to you. Robocall uses an autodialer to deliver pre-recorded messages. By entering the NAME of the organizations into the STAR NAME list [just the NAME: no number!], it ensures these calls will ring through when you only know the caller names but not their numbers.Alternatively, you can simply set all 'UNKNOWN' numbers to go directly to the answering machine (phone will not RING to bother you, but answering machine will kick in to record the call). You can also review the list of recent calls at any time, and choose to add any of the numbers to your ALLOW list, if desired. (future calls will ring through normally).BASIC USE:If you don't want to deal with the unnecessarily complicated manual, you can simply hit the [CALL BLOCK] button when scam and telemarketer or robocalls calls come in (hit the CALL BLOCK button before answering the call, or at any time during a call).
