This brand sells many items and many people buy for long term storage in case if disaster, SO they are tough to open even with a good handheld can opener and SHOULD BE sealed pull tab open containers bc in survival case people may not have a can opener and the can opener was making metal shards.A pull top seal would be efficient and safer.Other than 5 stars!

Can’t complain, does the trick, flavor is surprisingly very good & it’s not chewy (thanks to the technology of freeze drying). Great for camping. My only complaint is there’s a lot more cubed up stems than florets, but at least they are not chewy. Value for what you’re getting. I live in a rural, mountainous area, running to the store is planned & not on a whim, - having this in the pantry & tasting this good is a nice option (especially in the winter). It says the shelf life is “up to 30 years “ so I just wait for the sales which fits my budget & stock up. Have to admit, this is very convenient to have on hand, rehydrates fast, the prep work is done & tastes remarkably good - throwing a bit in my rice more often now.

I bought this freeze-dried broccoli for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by its taste. It retains the original flavor of fresh broccoli, and it's convenient and quick to prepare—just soak it in water to restore its original state.

Received quickly, perfect condition. Couldn't wait to open the can and try this freeze-dried broccoli! I haven't cooked it or used in recipes yet, but I love snacking on it! We all know broccoli is generally good for us, but I struggle to eat enough fresh broccoli. The taste & texture of the freeze-dried veggies is completely different and my taste buds love it! The pieces are smallish but perfect for dry snacking.

We used to only buy fresh broccoli but sometimes it would go bad before we could use it. So I began to buy frozen broccoli instead. This worked ok, but sometimes it would get freezer burn. We like the Auguson products, so I gave this a try. What a success! Now I throw a handful of dry broccoli into more recipes than ever. The #10 can lasts a long time in our household. Great value.
