Set up and looks like it is going to be a nice addition to my DJ booth for needed visual lighting for my equipment during events.

I use this at the top of the back of my rack to look over my mixer, the fact it protrudes on the rack means cables can go over & out of it. Good bit of light, stems are fairly sturdy, i will push them back into the rack to have a light to see what I'm doing back there too. Good stuff

I wanted internal lighting for my audio rack that did not produce a lot of heat. This 1U rack-mount LED light was the perfect choice. It has three levels of brightness that you toggle through to set and, as an extra bonus, a red LED option, too. Red is a great color when you need to see inside the rack when its dark and you don’t want a bright white or blue light ruining the ambience by shining in your audience’s eyes. (See image). You can also have one light red and the other light set to one of the three white light settings to create an orange shade. The flexible goose necks allow you bend the light at just about any angle you might need. The 1U metal frame angles inward a couple of inches, which allows you to fold the goose necks and tuck them in so that you can still put the racks covers on. I liked it so much I got another one for the back of the rack. MZ Photo has great customer service and is very prompt in getting the unit shipped as quickly as possible. . Thank you, Shia!!!

Works great. Don’t really need the red color but I’m guessing this is useful for if you have a rack mount mixer at a show or something and you don’t want white distracting lights. White light could be a bit brighter but it works for what I need it to do. Also wish the white light was a warmer color but that is subjective.
