This camera does everything you need at a very reasonable cost. The HD resolution is good for video calls/conferencing as 4K tends to emphasize all your spots and wrinkles. The image is sharp and clear. It is plug and play for most, but if you want to customize the experience you can. Despite what others are saying, the quick setup pamphlet included tells you how to access the support page where you can download the universal configuration tool. This allows you to zoom and other basic settings, or you can access advanced settings and set virtually all parameters ie: brightness, hue, saturation, anti-flicker, and on and on. Very pleased.

Excelente producto, lo compré en descuento y su relación costo-valor es estupenda. Si bien no tiene una resolución alta, funciona muy bien en condiciones de baja luz, tiene un muy amplio campo de visión; el brillo y el campo de visión se pueden ajustar si descargas el software de la cámara desde el sitio del fabricante. Totalmente recomendada.

I ordered this one because I had a proctored exam I needed to complete. My previous webcam was constantly giving me connection issues and I didn't want to chance it. What I was most concerned about was whether or not it would hold on to my monitor and not disconnect easily. My previous one (Logitech) did not grip well and would fall off randomly. This Avaya webcam is a decent size, was easy to install and has a good hold on the monitor. It's sits very stable. And the picture quality is amazing. I didn't realize how much of a disservice my previous webcam had given me on picture quality, but when I saw how crisp the it was, I was very pleased. Also, the auto focus was a huge plus as well. Great price for a great product.

I've had this camera for about a year now and I'm a huge fan. I spend anywhere between 4-6 hours per day on video calls and with the addition of an external monitor, it was always awkward to use my MacBook Pro camera, which I think only does 720P, and having people looking at the bottom of my neck when I looked up at my screen.The quality is incredible, the remote zoom/pan features are awesome and I constantly get comments about how much crisper my video looks compared to anyone else I'm in a meeting with.I don't have a ton of experience with external cameras outside of this one, but I trusted Avaya and their line of business focused cameras and haven't been let down yet. Even the size and heft compared to a Logitech one I sent back is such a huge difference.Get it. It's expensive, yes, but if your work depends on video quality, you can't go wrong.Side note: I don't use the included microphone and use my own. It isn't the greatest and I actually prefer the MacBook mic, but if you're going for a full on home office setup, my opinion is that you should get an external mic if you're investing this much into a camera. Should the included mic be better for $170? Yes, but hey, get the best camera and pick up a solid mic and you're golden.

Delivered fast and works well. Solid build. Zoom is a great feature. Another colleague has already bought the same camera.
