The birdbath is attractive, the gold patina matching the photos, and it assembles readily by threading the components together for a tight fit. Once assembled, it is lightweight and clearly is top-heavy once the bowl is filled with water. But included with the bath are a series of pins that anchor the base in place very securely.Unfortunately, following an evening rain storm, the water in the bowl froze over night. When it did thaw, I noticed a longitudinal crack on the bottom of the bowl. I feel for the thickness of the material in that area and it was incredibly thin. SInce the bowl is very shallow, I can't imagine that the expansion of the freezing water would have caused this damage, but perhaps the weight might have. I patched the crack with some caulk, and the area did not leak for a few days, but then it started again.I don't have much of an investment in the birdbath, but I expected it to last at least one season. It may have been a molding issue with the one I received to make the bowl so thin, but it is a disappointment as I otherwise really liked the bird bath, thought the price was a good value, and was very pleased with the way it looked in my garden.

Bigger then I had imagined. It's beautiful and she was so happy to put it in the garden. Very sturdy and secure.

Sturdy enough and easy to move around. I put small pebbles in the base to help weigh it down and didn’t use the stakes it comes with. This is my second birdbath and I would buy again. My first birdbath I had for close to 20 years but the tree guy broke it so that is why I purchased again. I had the green one first time and it is just as nice.
