Baby #2, 7 years later, older and wiser. We have a co sleeper full size that us just too big and not cozy for a newborn. Bought this and LOVE it! Super easy to assemble and disassemble to bring on overnight road trips. Open mesh entire perimeter to allow good air flow circulation. Materials are non toxic euro approved, better than US standards!!. Baby loves this and sleeps soundly. Bought the net which creates more cozy safe feeling, also protects from the occasional house loose mosquito. Use for night sleeping only to train baby to know it is bedtime. Though it is lightweight enough to move freely about the house. Only draw back is at 21" born length and 22" 1 week later, we are now at 4weeks and she will be outgrowing this soon. But well worth the cost and use until then. BTW I searched a zillion other brands and options, this one hit it home! It's perfect!!!

This was bought for me as a present and the person buying it for me insisted I get the canopy to go along with the cradle. I am so glad I did! It is well made, was SUPER easy to put on (and take off again) and provides soft, airy and well-ventilated protection from bugs as well as harsh light (perfect for the summer baby!). Just absolutely fantastic and makes the cradle so much more versatile--this is ideal for being out on the porch, etc. Canopy takes less than a second to remove when I want to use the cradle next to our bed at night. I am SO happy we spent the extra money to get the canopy and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone getting the cradle.

Four stars because the Dream Cot is just better. This cradle is frickin' GORGEOUS which is why I was seduced into buying it in the first place. But for this price point, it just can't beat the BabyHome Dream Cot.BabyBjornPro's: Mesh side means I'm less paranoid about SIDS; it's more beautiful than the Dream Cot.Con's: When you're postpartum, you miss having wheels on it (not having to pick it up) a LOT. Also when one arm is full of baby. Smaller size means that my super long child has already outgrown the BB, even though she's only 6 weeks. Our babe doesn't like the bouncy feature.Dream CotPro's: Really solid structure. Bigger size means our long baby can stay in it for another month beyond the BB. Solid cloth sides means that she can be in the living room without getting visual sensory overload.Con's: I thought the solid cloth sides would make me freak out about SIDS, but she's so far from the edge that I'm no longer worried about it.
