Fantastic quality! The Spurdles are thick and long, perfect for my ½ gallon mason jars! They have washed well so far. I do recommend using food safe oil for wood to keep your spurdle in good condition. It's nice to have the drilled hole so I can hang this up if I want to. Quality and durability are top notch!

I use these for stirring my sourdough starter. They have good length for reaching the bottom of a tall mason jar, they scrape the bottom and sides of the jar fairly easily, they are good quality, thick, and they are comfortable and easy to hold. They initially look quite long, but like I said, it makes it easy to scrape the bottom of the jar.

This is a must have tool for sourdough. I had the traditional metal sourdough whisk and it broke within two months where the metal head meets the wood. This all-wooden tool is great for scraping down the sides of your dough bowl and for mixing. Very sturdy! I recommend oiling it with Boos Mystery butcher block oil.

Great strength of wood. Easy to hold..Great handle and general shape. Super light weight. Suggestion: keep them oiled with a good butcher Block oil regularlyand NEVER, NEVER, NEVER run these wood products in a dishwasher. Use warm water, dish soap, rinse thoroughly and dry immediately. They'll last through your grandkids.
