The sensors worked great until about halfway through our first ride when I noticed we were no longer getting any assist. I disconnected the sensors one at a time and found that one of them were no longer working. I sent a message to the company but have not heard back yet.

These cables made nice, tight connections with my Bafang motor wiring. Kit also contained other parts nessesary for hook up. On my particular brake lever housings, it was not possible to mount the magnets the correct spacing from the senser. So hey, I just figured out a shim arrangement.

These are great sensors, totally compatible with Bafang motor kits. There are several things I like about them:- The hole in the magnet is nice if you want to put a zip tie through it and snug it up against something.- The sensor is large enough that you can wrap zip ties around it to make sure it doesn't come loose if the adhesive fails.- Good sensitivity. Internally, the sensor uses a surprisingly reliable reed switch.- I like the one year warranty.- They're waterproof.But...- These sensor cables are very long (about 29 inches). If you are plugging into a Bafang wiring harness, it would be better if these cables were length-consistent with other Bafang handlebar peripherals like the throttle and display. With extra long sensor cables, you end up with untidy bunches of wire.- I'd prefer that the connectors were exactly color-matched with the connectors in Bafang motor kits. Bafang's harness has yellow connectors, these are orange.
