It does the job but gets in the way a bit. It looks like it’s going to tip, but so far it hasn’t. I bought this one for the opening on the side so I can use it with coffee mugs. It works well with the mug, but it’s awkward as the slot is only on one side and not where I’d normally pick it up from.

I have a sectional couch and there is no where to put any glass or water bottle. This sits perfectly between cushions. I love it. Wish I had found this sooner!

Great invention! I use this on my porch furniture with my cup of coffee because the only table is a reach. The cup holder is stable enough to keep my drink from spilling even when I get up and sit back down. It's large enough to hold a variety of cup sizes.

Standard remotes barely fit have to put in center where cup holder is. Spaces on sides are made for very slim remotes like Apple TV types. Because it's short it doesn't stay upright between cushions when full of remotes. Never tried to put a cup don't want to risk on sofa. Unstable especially when you're sitting on the cushion it's next to.
