die Markierung zum Zentrieren ist min. 1mm außermittig. Das Werkzeug ist somit unbrauchbar.

I have realistic expectations for inexpensive tools, but this is ridiculous—it’s like a movie prop that looks vaguely like a useful tool, but only from 10 feet away. There’s literally no aspect of this that doesn’t suck: the pivot point is wildly off-center from the shaft; the two arms are asymmetrical; the rivet at the pivot is so tight the arms can barely move; and the shaft is very roughly machined. You would literally be better off just eyeballing the center of your stock rather than using this absurd pretend tool.

Unless you want to rework on the item it is not suitable for use.
