I am honestly surprised at how effective this thing is at the outset. Our dog usually barks like crazy when a) he thinks it’s dinner time b) someone is at the door or c) he goes outside. On the first afternoon we put this on, my daughter walked toward his food bowl and he barked once. That was it. Someone came over later. Same thing. Last night I put him outside and forgot he was out there because he was so quiet. It’s amazing.My only nitpick would be that it slides around a little so the module gets off to the side of his neck. Not that it seems to make much of a difference in effectiveness. Maybe I need to tighten it a bit more.I guess my question is what the best method is for eventually getting him trained so he doesn’t need it? I suppose time, for one. But I’m also thinking to slowly over time reduce the intensity and sensitivity and see how that goes. Not sure and want to see if I can get some info on that elsewhere. But our house is so much quieter and it’s fantastic.

Listen…I had low expectations, ngl. I certainly wasn’t going to spend a ton of money on a similar product that worked equally as poorly so I opted for the less expensive option.This collar works like magic!! The tiny tyrant (pictured above) is motivated only by food, which is why he was 5 lbs overweight when I inherited him, and generally gives no f*#^s what you say to him when he’s misbehaving. He barked once and then stopped. It’s even curbed some of his other behaviors like jumping up on me when I get home.It charges quickly and is super simple to set up. Initially, I had the sensitivity set to 7 (the most sensitive) but turned it down to 5 because it was going off when he scratched his ear or shook. It’s been perfect since then. The beep and vibration is appropriately distracting but not uncomfortable. I put it in my wrist before I put it on him to test it. No pain, no discomfort.The strap is very long but adjustable to the size of my Yorkie (and can go smaller if needed). The size of the device is suitable for small dogs, it’s very lightweight and it blends right in to his fur so you can’t even see he’s wearing it. Jury is out on durability because it’s new but I don’t have any particular concerns.I highly recommend this collar. Don’t waste your money on anything else!

I was skeptical af…. My dog is old, and set in his ways… well my husband works from home now and really needs the dog to be quiet when he is on work calls. So I figured we could give this a try and see what happens. The first time it went off the dog tried to bite at it and didn’t like it at all. The second time someone walked by with their dogs and he barked ONCE he jumped into my lap and looked at me like “I don’t like this!!”… as I am writing this review, I swear, third neighbor is walking by with their dog, my dog looked at them on alert, BUT DIDNT BARK!!! I am SHOCKED! I’ll try to get a video when they walk back by, but he is a dog that barks at EVERYTHING. 10/10 recommend 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
