Good tension strength, easily adjustable length by rotating rods. Comes in two pieces that you snap in together; minor issue of one if the inner tube bring slightly too thick but with a little more push, snapped in ok even though it stripped off a tiny bit of paint from the end of inner tube which is not visible. Smooth even paint color. Perfect for what needed for hanging lightweight curtains

I use the expanding curtain rail at my back door to hang my light weight string curtains. I can take it down or put it up in just a few seconds. Easy to use.

Great product, very easy to use. I used it to install a curtain on one of the bedroom doors. Used the door frame surface to fix this rod and my job got done in less than a minute.
