Ein einfaches, dem günstigen Preis entsprechend nicht geprägtes nur foliertes Schild. Das Motiv ist schön gestaltet.

It is an economy scope. Under $100. The eye relief is really short. I had to trim the rubber eye piece because I wear glasses. Other than that everything is great. The tripod again is economy, but feels like it should do the job. The adjustments on the tripod work well and hold when tightened. The scope itself is fine; remember it is an economy scope. The adjustments work well and the focus is fast and easy. No problem seeing a .30 cal. hole in a target at 100 yards. The soft case separates the scope from the tripod, good idea. If I break this one will I get another one? Sure will. Oh and it is light in weight. Won't kill you to carry it.

The recital moves around when adjusting. I used it once and tossed it in the back of the truck, it is still there today. Not recommended!

I spent many hours reading reviews and checking specs. for "under $200" spotting scopes, here and at other websites, inc. manufacturers. I settled on the Barska Colorado model but discovered there are 3 part numbers for the Colorado 20-60X60 model. CO11216 - CO11502 and CO10866. Look carefully at these because the eye relief and possibly other specs are different. I chose the CO11216 primarily for it's claimed 17.8-14.8 mm eye relief. When it came yesterday, I was initially disappointed as the eye relief seemed much shorter. I could take off my glasses and fold down the rubber lens cup and place my eye against the lens assembly to see the full field of vision so the eye relief seemed very short. I spent some time in the past 24 hours checking out the focus and at various powers and realized, I don't have to see the whole sight picture simultaneously for it to serve just fine as a range spotter. Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised to find the included tripod works just fine and is quite stable in the "no wind" test I performed. Therefore, even with glasses on, I don't have to touch the scope in order to spot my targets. Seen in this light, I'm quite satisfied with the scope and feel sure it's going to serve the purpose just fine. My range includes 200 yd shooting although I don't know if I'll want to do so. I only expect this scope to perform there under certain lighting and contrast so it will be interesting to observe that particular test. For $72.50, a spotting scope that can handle 50 and 100 yds alone seems quite a bargain. Thank you to all previous reviewers for helping me make this choice.11/03/2013 - I had occasion today to go to the range and try it out. I found I preferred to take my glasses off to use the scope as it is clearer when you eliminate looking thru 2 lens. I was not disappointed at all. It performed well on both 50 and 100 yd ranges, even with .22lr rounds and I could see them fine with both black and white targets. I believe the scope is adequate for the 200 yd course as well but cannot comment although I did spot a target on that course, just for fun. I saw a user comment, newer than mine that mentioned that his wasn't usable above 50 power. The focus isn't as crisp at 60 power as at lower settings but I used mine today exclusively on 60 power and was quite satisfied. For the money this scope is a keeper.

Just got this spotting scope in. I was impressed by how durable, yet light it felt. The rubberized coating is a plus. While the optics are clear, you do have to mash your eye up all the way to the eye cup to see the entire scene. So, wearing protective eye gear will prohibit that. So, with that said, now on to the big con. Upon trying to rotate the zoom ring on the eye piece (which is labeled with the power settings), it would not budge. There is an outer ring that is attached to the scope housing that has a red dot on it to indicate which power setting it is set to IF you can rotate the eye piece. After giving it a little more force, the entire mount began turning (not the eye piece as it should). I could feel a grinding inside and then the rubber coating began to peel around the mount. It was obvious that this was NOT how to set the zoom. While this did change the focal length, it is just not how it's supposed to be done.I contacted Barska directly and after explaining the situation to the representative, she agreed that the scope was defective and needed to be sent back for a replacement (which is what I'm doing).I just checked a previous review that was posted yesterday and the reviewer had the same problem. Is this perhaps a bad batch of scopes? Who knows. Hopefully the replacement will work.***UPDATE***I just received the replacement in. At first, I thought I was about to have the same problem with the zoom ring because it wouldn't budge. I had to firmly press down on the outside ring (to keep it from moving) while forcefully attempt to turn the zoom ring. The ring gradually, yet slowly, freed itself and started to turn. After a while, and several back and forth rotations, the zoom ring finally began operating smoothly. What the eff is up with that? Well, it works now. One thing I noticed is when zooming in, you really have to press your eye up against the eye piece in order to see the entire image. But I guess I shouldn't expect much at this price. I just don't see myself dropping over a grand for one from Nikon.

If you don't read past my first sentence...moral of the story, this scope is GREAT! I came across this scope while researching spotting scopes for the range. Before finding this scope, I was dead set on spending $200 for a different one. After reading the reviews and seeing the price, I took the plunge and purchased this one. I was definitely skeptical given how inexpensive it was. All my skepticism went right out the window as soon as I went to the range. WOW, this scope is GREAT! I use it primarily on the 50 & 100 yard outdoor range, shooting 556/223 ammo. This scope picks up the target and the bullet holes clear as day. AWESOME buy for the money; quality I would have expected from a scope that would cost hundreds of dollars more.
