Well packaged. Everything worked as it was supposed to. Tested battery with a load, still running water pump after 4 hrs; shut it off. Still had two of three battery indicator lights lit.

The batteries appear to last well enough, about 4 hrs, but they need time to charge and you may not be able to wait so a spare is good insurance; so is access to more ice & water!

I have the cooling vest but needed it not to be plugged in this gave me freedom

Exact replacement for my Compcooler 2018 model. While I still wished there were a better solution for what appears to just be a lithium-ion battery for this price, it's extremely helpful to have a spare battery.
