It gets a sinlge star only because it got delivered fast, but does it work? NO! the brick part does light up but whenever i plug it in it doesn't work. The packaging seemed promising until i opened it up and saw that everything was just thrown in there with no care. On top of all of this, they still havent marked it as delivered so i can't even exchange/return it.DO NOT BUY THIS! IT'S A SCAM!

Llego hace unos dias y funciona por el momento. Para los que no sepan, como yo, tienes que cerrar la tapa para que se reconozca y prenda la camara (por lo menos en mi caso no prendio hasta que no cerre la tapa), lo cual me preocupa un poco porque se va ir pelando el cable poco a poco (espero que no).

for the couple comments saying this doesnt work with the rebel t7, they are "blatently people who dont know what they are talking about", whatever that means.There is a little slot covered by a rubber protecter for you to feed the cable out of, si it doessnt need to "trick" the camera into thinking the door is closed, because you can actually close the door, so no need for tricks or tom-foolary, if these customers spent as long as it took them to type up a review into plugging it in, they would know thatWalmart sells this cable and a USB-A to USB-B together for $89, i got them both on Amazon this one for $15, the USB for $9. They work perfectly so I would say its a killer value
