Material: Acero inoxidable. El mango hecho de material plástico especial es antifricción, antideslizante y fácil de sostener. Con ángulo de apertura correcto, puedes presionarlo con una sola mano. Se puede utilizar para banderas de PVC, lonas, prendas, bolsos, cartón, etc.

I love this product. I make junk journals and artist books. This tool is so easy to use and solves my problem for the really fat books that don't like to be sewn. I'm just thrilled. Who knew I needed grommets and the easy tool to put them in. I'm looking around the house. What else needs grommets? :)

I came very close to returning this because I couldn’t figure out how to work it. Then I figured I would go back to the ad and if you scroll a few pages under the images, you will find the instructions. I guess they are to Cheap to print them out for you and include them with the tool. They don’t come out looking very clean either.

I am not sure if it was a matter of needing more strength but I could not get the seal on any of the grommets I put in to seal firmly to the material without any gapping. I had to finish each one with a hammer and anvil tool to make them feel secure. Kinda what I was hoping to avoid doing when I bought the pliers. Especially since they are 3x more expensive than the manual kits.

This kit comes with grommets and setting tool. The tool hand punches the hole and sets the gromet all in one motion. It worked fine with the tarp material, but would not punch through the webbing we sewed on the tarp edges. We used a soldering tool to punch the hole through the nylon webbing and used the tool to line up and set the grommets. We also used it on just the tarp material (as it is advertised to do) and it worked fine. Works just as well as the ad says!
