The mount is made of cheap plastic and not as good quality as other mounts on the market for similar price. Would have been nice if some metal would be used in the product for more durability or better materials.

This fit great on my 2018 A3 Etron. Definitely worth the price. Would buy again.2 minor issues:The magnet is strong! If you don’t hold the mount when removing your phone, the whole mount comes off.My iPhone 14 Pro Max with case is almost too heavy for the plastic friction ball adjuster. The phone will sag down after bumps or long trips. Not an issue with regular sized iPhones (15/15 pro)

This mount was a perfect custom fit for my 2018 A3. The magsafe magnet is incredibly strong. No issues with my phone falling off while driving. To the negative reviewer who commented about their phone vibrating and moving around, I dare them to find a magnet type automotive phone holder that can do a better job than this one. I would 110% recommend this item.

Easy to install. Use a thin flat edge to pry the vents forward a little. No need to remove the vent entirely. Make sure you install the vent bracket correctly, there is an Up and DOWN orientation. We’ve had a hard time finding a phone holder for the A3 vents and don’t like obstructing the windscreen or sticky dash mounts. This is a perfect solution for us. The magnet is very strong.
