Had this hub for about 3 months and it has worked without issue. Was using 2 Samsung T7's and now 2 Sandisk G40 Pro's. No disconnects. Solid buld, nice looking. But took me awhile to figure out it will not charge an iPad Pro. The 10GB's USB A port on front is Data only and the USB-C's did not charge the iPad. Not sure if they were suppose to. I assumed with the advertised 96 Watts they would. I don't need it to charge the iPads. I had the iPad charging off a MacBook Pro M1. But, when I changed SSD's I changed ports. Just put iPad back on MacBook and all works fine now. This is not a knock on the hub, just a limitation to be aware of.

Solved my connection issues and saved money buying here rather than from Apple.

Sometimes, when you find what you are looking for, there is just no need to wait to write the review. That's how I feel this morning. This hub is exactly what I needed. It's small — but not too small. It has all the ports I need — and it was so easy to set up. The price is nice for a thunderbolt hub — which makes it all the better. It's Belkin — so odds are it will last me for a long time.I would like to address a few things from other reviews:1) Although a power brick is never a cherished accessory, this one isn't all that bad. Yes, it's bigger than one would hope for — but no larger than any of the rest. If you need a powered hub, it's perfectly fine.2) One reviewer said he received an open box. That's interesting. The box I received was wrapped and sealed for mailing in an Amazon plastic mailer bag — with a label for my name and address on it. THEN, it was placed inside an Amazon box for delivery — with another label, etc. I wonder why. Back to the open box, my unit did have a torn sealing label — like someone had used a knife to gently gain access to the box. As far as I can tell, nothing had been disturbed in the box, though. It seems to be fine — but I do wonder why people are slitting the labels.3) I'm sure the person who wrote in their review that the unit they received had a white front and back panel. Of course, that is removable. It's there to protect the finish of the hub. It's not the easiest thing to peel off — but it does come off — revealing what each of the ports are.

I thought this would be the solution to the one plug unplug dock. It only delivered 60w so would not charge MacBook Pro 16 inch. The ethernet adapter for usb-c works on the MacBook Pro did not on the dock. The external ssd drive works fine on the MacBook Pro thunderbolt input. Does n to work consistently on the dock. The brick charger is too old-fashioned to be appropriate and is cumbersome. The unit looked in "new" condition with the white covers on the faces, but the box looked and felt used. Not sure if this was a defective unit, or if they're just glitchy. Could not access Belkin support. No chat available and no answer after 30 min.Funny that the usb-c ethernet adapter works great and it's Belkin.

I can't review the item for a performance point of view as I am unable to even plugged it in.If this is for sale on Amazon UK, there should be a warning but you can't plug it in! I don't even know if it would work I'm British 240 V mains. Therefore, this is useless.
