I was nervous to get a new crock pot brand but it really is great! The outside does get very hot when you’re cooking and it is a thin sheet metal on the outside but it works completely fine! I also like that the dish is dishwasher safe.

It looks lovely in my kitchen and is easy to clean. But, it will boil your soups, etc. even on low heat. Which is ok to make sure food is thoroughly cooked but is it really 'slow' cooking? It makes it kind of difficult to follow the timing on slow cooker recipes unless your instructed to use the 'high' setting. The last three slow cookers have been really hot like this, but this one evenly distributes the heat. The two previous slow cookers went into the trash because they had hot "spots" and burned food even on low settings.

I love this crock pot! Was in the market for a new one and wanted a cute color, good size and within budget. Works well, simple with the one knob. Some crock pots are too high tech for me. Also easy to clean
