This is a matte screen protector for the Kobo Libra Colour that is supposed to provide more of a paper-like feel when you are writing notes, or annotating or highlighting your books. While it is a little less slippery than the original surface of the Kobo, I wouldn't call it exactly a paper feel. Still, it feels nice and isn't noticeable when applied correctly. Make sure you read the directions printed on the box for the best results. The tool included to remove the air bubbles wasn't the best I've used, so I used a different, sturdier tool I had from a previous installation. Eventually I was able to smooth out the air bubbles, but in truth it looked fine in use before the bubbles were remove, due to the back lighting of the Kobo. Two screen protectors are included. Don't be alarmed by the size of the package, since they probably use the same design for multiple products. The two screen protectors were included along with two installation kits and a smoothing tool. The screen protector did not affect the sensitivity of the screen negatively, and did help make the writing a little smoother.

I am impressed with the Bellemond Paper Matte Screen Protector for Kobo Libra Colour 7 inch e-reader. Up until using this paper-like textured screen protector, I’ve always felt a little uncomfortable when writing notes and drawing using various amount of pressure directly on the screen of my new Kobo Libra Colour e-reader. I am so glad that I gave this Bellemond brand screen protector a try because now I feel much more comfortable and confident when pressing my stylus tip against the screen. To me, it feels much better and more natural with this bit of textured resistance. I like how easy it was to install. I did a better job of installing it than I expected because there weren’t many air bubbles to “squeegee out”. It comes with the usual applicator items - cleaning wipes, a cloth, sticky lint remover pads, and a cardboard squeegee. I will point out that after adding the screen protector, I noticed that it didn’t cover 100% of the screen. There is just a small area along the right-hand side that remains exposed, but it is so small and close to the edge that the text doesn’t get into the spot, so it doesn’t negatively affect my reading experience. Actually, it’s probably good that it doesn’t get 100% covered because this will make it much easier to remove the screen cover when the time comes to replace it with a new one. Everything still looks, crisp and sharp to me. I was surprised at how good the text still looked. I like that this package comes with 2 screen protectors in the box. - See pictures.I happily recommend the Bellemond Paper Matte Screen Protector for the Kobo Libra Colour 7 inch e-reader and give it 5 stars!

Solid product that fits the Kobo Libra Color well. Came with straightforward instructions and helpful tools for installation like a cloth, wipe, dust sticker, and card for pushing bubbles off with. You will notice during installation a very small gap that is not covered on either side of the screen but it is negligible and makes installation (and likely de-installation) simpler. When the cover is on the stylus works normally and you can't tell visually that anything is on there.

Don't expect any glare reduction from this product; it's an overstatement. In fact, it makes the screen much more reflective.
