These are actually stainless steel! My husband changed his mind and didn't want a house number that was raised so he knocked the metal pieces off the back (in his infinite wisdom *eye roll*). Then proceeded attempt to drill through the number --- he quickly realized that this number is actually stainless steel and IMPOSSIBLE to drill through LOL So after all that he figured out that sticky tabs are the only way this number is going to work anymore! I'm only giving 4 stars because I think that the spacers on the back could have been attached better. Overall, as long as you don't change your mind about raised numbers this is the most durable number you could wish for! I RECOMMEND 😁👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ordered these numbers to replace the old, much smaller ones on the front of our house - we could not have been more pleased!The numbers are thin, yet very sturdy and the silver (light grey) color has a slight shimmer to it which we think will make them even more visible in the dark.They have a spacer welded to the back which makes them floating numbers and they come with screws and installation instructions.
