This is the first metal shower caddy I've purchased in ten years, and the industry has certainly changed. After examining fifteen caddies - online and in-store - I see that the weight, size and construction of these items are now very different. They are significantly lighter, which affects their stability, appearance and usefulness. Ninety percent of those I looked at are between 1.5"-3.0" narrower than the previous standard size, and many versions offer only two shelves or two shelves with a bar-of-soap-sized third shelf. That may limit their value for many consumers. With two exceptions, all the caddies I saw require the buyer to assemble shelves and frames, which may also affect stability and contribute to buyers' annoyance. I dislike having to pay to complete the manufacturer's work, but recognize that, along with using lighter metal, this step saves the company labor, production and packaging costs.This caddy is the best of all I saw, including several at high-end bath shops. Yes, it's lightweight, but the metalwork is properly finished, correct hardware is included, and suction attachments are robust. (I'm uncertain of the seller's intended distinction between "suction power" and "adhesion.") The overall size is important to me, and this caddy is several inches wider than most other versions. The top shelf sits well below the showerhead, making it easy to store and reach tall items there, and there is approximately 10 inches between the bases of the first and second shelves. The third shelf can hold a 6" bar of soap plus several small items, and the hooks will support multiple brushes, loofahs, facial rollers, etc. I don't miss the shelf cutouts for inverted bottles, but some folks do use those. Crossbars create a full-length back, missing in many other versions, and ensure items don't slip backwards off the shelves. Finally, the overall design is attractive and would fit in a variety of home decors.I'm pleased with this purchase and recommend the caddy. Its value far outweighs the less-positive shortcuts adopted by the bath-accessories industry, which is simply in step with other manufacturers around the globe. Knowing the company needs to adapt to remain viable, I appreciate the attention to detail it has been able to maintain.

I ordered two shower caddies to try; I liked the look of the other one better, but this one won out for being better designed and more nicely finished (and there's nothing wrong with its looks, either). Key feature: This caddy has retaining bars on the back of each shelf/basket, so small items can't fall through easily. In addition, the cut ends of the silver basket wires are not sharp. And the distance from the hanging hook to the top basket is greater than on most other caddies, making it easy to use with a high shower head without having to make modifications like hanging it from an extra cord. A winner!

I really really like this Caddy. I have an oversized showerhead and usually the caddies do not have much room from the hanger over the showerhead to the first shelf. This one has a long lead; I can fit tall bottles on the top shelf and it does not interfere with the showerhead at all. The design has many extra hooks in addition to the two main hooks and razor storage. It is stainless steel and am hoping it won't rust like all my other ones have. It was extremely easy to put together. I did not use their adhesive stickers; I used suction cups that I already had because I like to take everything down to wash it all.
