The mop is light and easy to use, the odor inserts make the floor smell lovely, and the steamer levels elp to scrub away caked on dirt quickly - all without having to scrub too hard. Love this mop.

Definitely get some additional mop heads, especially the first time you use it! I find going over the bad high traffic areas several times makes it soooo effective! The three levels of steam are great for going over less bad areas, and the head comes off so I can get into the grout for the messy spots.We have 3 cats, one has accidents sometimes (he’s an old baby) and it helps get rid of the smells, lifts up all kinds of dirt off the floor, the brush on the back is super handy. I add vinegar sometimes to deodorize, the scent disc things added were very perfumey and smelled terrible, and made the stinky mop pad stink even worse and made me uncomfy when I had to deal with it.I LOVE that the mop head comes off and you have a little steam gun to go over the grout/ anywhere else. I have a handheld steamer already with a bunch of attachments I prefer to use, but it’s a really great idea to have it get right into the bad areas.I chuck them in the bathtub to rinse them out and throw oxiclean into the laundry with them to keep them from getting stinky / musty smelling when being used, but they come clean really easily!The floors dry quick (unless you use the steam++ setting, they get really wet and take awhile but the first two settings are faster to dry) and they are clean with literally water which makes me feel better knowing my cats are on the floors all the time. It’s not a heavy mop to use!I’m not sure of how effective the sanitation / disinfect part of the steamer is - you have to maintain a temperature above however many degrees for however long of time, I haven’t tried to use it to disinfect but the floors FEEL and LOOK cleaner, which is all I truly need the mop for so this isn’t a concern for my purposes.

Me da la impresión que el artículo ya está usado, al cliente le salió defectuoso, lo devolvió y así me lo reempacaron. Recibí un producto que parece usado, todavía no le he usadopero actualizaré el estado de mi opinión una vez que lo encienda.

This is a great steam mop. After reading reviews on this mop I finally purchased one for myself and have been using weekly for 1month now. To fill the water reservoir it comes with a convenient cup just open lid and fill. The cord is quite long not sure why other reviews said otherwise, my kitchen is 14x10 and plenty of cord to reach area and also do hallway. The steam mop heats, cleans thoroughly and sanitized. The only con is it does tip over (fall down) very easily so don’t leave unattended otherwise it may damage either the walls from the handle or hit the floor which could possibly dent if you have hardwood floors, I have tile so not an issue for me. I highly recommend this mop. Very easy to use so glad I purchased; makes cleaning a breeze.

Use on my parquetry flooring and have no issues at all. Really strips back, however remember to go slowly for maximum dirt removal. Haven't bought any refill discs but they do leave a faint nice smell, not something I think is important at all to be honest. Better to just add a small amount of cleaning product as you go, does a better job and leaves a nicer smell.One thing to note, make sure you UNPLUG IT once done or if you're leaving it a few hours, not just turn it off. For some reason even when you turn it off, it keeps heating up and the unit gets EXTREMELY hot. No idea why this is a thing, you'd think if you turn it off it's indeed completely off, but that's not the case.I only ever use the strongest setting, and it works well. The detachable nature of it is nice but really I find steam cleaners best for floors and chemicals better for cleaning shower walls etc.
