Works just fine and prevented me having to buy a new blender and send my old one to the landfill. Fixing things is best, but finding parts can be an issue. I've had luck with finding parts on Amazon.ca, even though I prefer buying local than buying online and on Amazon.

I have a blender from the 70's and the top got lost. I love it and refused to toss, so I would put plastic wrap over it each time I used it. Ordered this and happy to say it fits.
