Great price, works very well, took couple tries to hook up to wifi but once connected it works great! Can program each individual plug and the usb!

Buen producto y se ve de buena calidad, tanto en su apariencia como sus materiales.La instalación fue sencilla y la conexión con la app de Smart Life (Tuya) no tuvo problema; se conecto facilmente y se puede controlar bien.**NOTA** Solo considerar que aunque trae una entrada USB, esta no se puede controlar por la app .. solo las 2 conexiones se pueden prender/apagar; la de USB siempre estara encendida.

Pros:You have separate control of every plugGood priceCons:Too bulky. It takes much space in the junction box and you are forced to do pigtail connections as the included terminals have cables that cannot be detached. If your junction box already has some other wires as in the interconnection with other boxes, you'll have a hard time fitting back all the connections and this device into the box.What could be improved: allow the user to plug the wires instead of forcing to do pigtail connections.

El producto está bien, se conecta a internet y la app es bastante intuitiva, no tiene problema en contarse con Alexa. El único problema es que de la entras de usb c no carga mi iPhone 15 pro, pero todo lo demás que e conectado si lo carga, e conectado otros celulares y relojes y funcionan sin problema.

I am using these to replace outlets that were wired hot without a switch above my kitchen cabinets. I replaced an outlet on the kitchen backsplash wall with a smart Tuya smart switch and then configured the switch to turn both outlets on/off. That all works great since both are compatible with the Tuya/SmartLife app. The only difficulty I ran into was getting the SmartLife app to detect the new device. Even after resetting the device several times and putting it pairing mode, it wouldn't get detected by the app. My router is very close by and other devices in the area (like the switch) all show very good wifi signal strength, so I'm not sure if the device's wifi receiver is weak or if it's just not particulary compatible with the Tuya system. I think I ended up using the "access point" method to connect it, where you connect your phone to the device's own wifi access point, then pair it with the app. It's a bit more cumbersome that way, and most Tuya devices I have just get recognized quickly. But ultimately it did allow them to get recognized and adopted into the app. Since then, I haven't experienced any issues with them responding properly to on/off triggers from the smart switch.UPDATE: 12/2/24I bought these again recently and had better luck setting them up, but realized this time that I could have used an astronomical schedule setting (sunrise/sunset) but the outlet doesn't support that, so my 4 star rating remains.

It shows up as a single unit in Google Home, individual plugs and USB don't show up separately. It either all on or off. It works correctly with Alexa though.

UPDATE 11/13/21: This BN-LINK product was unavailable when I needed another smart outlet. Much to my surprise, I found an identical looking product, The best part? It doesn't have unsightly advertising on the wall plate! Highly recommended as an alternative to this product. Original review follows...The fine folks at BN-LINK requested an "honest review." I would like to state, on the record, that all my Amazon reviews are honest!So, first things first. I am not now, nor have I ever been a NASCAR driver. I've never aspired to be one and truthfully I don't watch it much either. The few times I've seen highlights of NASCAR, I've always been distracted by the billboard advertising - both on the vehicles and the drivers. Hey look, I know advertising is important (one must pay the bills after all), but advertising generally isn't decorative or stylish; not when it's plastered where it doesn't belong (e.g., NASCAR isn't setting any fashion trends with its clothing). Which brings me back to BN-LINK. Why? Why would they stamp their logo on my outlet cover plate? Was it an attempt to capitalize on my OCD tendencies in hopes that I would replace all my outlets and switches with BN-LINK products so that everything matches? Do they think friends and neighbors will see my wall plate and feverishly whip out their smart devices to order their own BN-LINK conversational pieces? No, I think they are simply advertising on my wall (and not paying me a dime for this prime billboard space)! The logo embossed outlet cover is, quite frankly, unattractive and tacky. All that being said, I'm only deducting 0.5 to 1 star for this imposition. The smart socket outlet will accommodate a standard rectangular decora/GFCI wall plate if the logo bothers you as much as it does me (visible screws being the tradeoff). Still, I replaced a duplex style outlet, so a decora cover would be an extra purchase for me.Otherwise, I only have pros to report:+ easy installation+ works perfectly with the Smart Life App+ can individually name both outlets and the USB port+ both outlets may be operated individually (manually & in app)+ USB port is also smart (operates with app, but not manually)+ perfect integration with Alexa+ LED lights are not too bright for a bedroomThis completes my honest review.

muy buen contacto, se conecta a wifi puedes encender o apagar los dos contactos y el USB desde la aplicación, o el asistente de voz y con los botones lo recomiendo

Funciona muy bien. Fue algo complicado instalarlo ya que es muy profundo, más de lo normal de un enchufe normal. Se configura fácilmente con Smart Life y es compatible con Alexa.
