Arguably, the most important piece of scuba equipment while traveling is your regulator set. If nothing else, it is the most personal. Protecting them is important.This bag seemed a little small when I first looked at it. I have to say, after putting a couple of different regulator sets inside, it is actually just the right size. I have a long hose DIR set and a standard set I put inside, separately, and both fit very well. It takes a little time to get the exact configuration you want with the Velcro straps, but once you have it done, it will be a nice solid hold. I personally would also put some clean socks or something similar inside to add some extra cushion and take advantage of the space available if traveling. Overall the padding is adequate to provide decent protection. The zippers seem of decent quality. The handle seems very robust and padded very well. There is also a slot on the back to slide over the handle of your wheeled luggage which is a nice touch. A Velcro patch is included that can attach to the outside of the bag. It goes without saying that you never ever ever want to use this patch. There is absolutely no reason to want to announce to the world that you might have a couple of thousand dollars worth of dive gear in that bag. I will use the patch on something, but never on that bag. The shoulder strap is the only thing about this bag that is a bit of a letdown. Granted, I will probably never use the shoulder strap, but it does not give me a warm fuzzy that it can hold up to much abuse. The D Ring is very thin, and the connector seems very cheaply made. I struggle to decide to remove a star or not since I would never use it anyway and it might be stronger than it appears, but I doubt it very much.So, in spite of the cheap-looking and feeling shoulder strap, I do like this bag. It is actually just the right size and does a good job of protecting my regulator set.

Well-padded regulator bag that is spacious enough to protect 2 regulators plus some additional items. Two interior Velcro straps to secure gear. Transparent vinyl zippered pocket helps protect a logbook from moisture. Bag opens flat for easy loading. Zipper slides smoothly and doesn’t catch. Optional shoulder strap. Durable woven nylon fabric; careful workmanship without hanging threads.An exterior vinyl “diver down” patch secures with Velcro; a different patch can be substituted. I especially like the wide strap that can slide over a suitcase handle to ease transport.This is an attractive, well-designed regulator bag with features to protect expensive gear. It has everything I want and nothing that I don’t. Recommended.
