I just got into French press coffee making, and didn't like the idea, of washing down coffee grounds down my drain.So, I ordered these, to see if they'd hold the coffee grounds in, while allowing the steeping process to happen.I've used other filter bags, that just didn't work well.Well, these really work GREAT!They hold in the coffee grounds, while allowing the full steeping process to occur!Then, ALL the grounds go into the garbage can, and none down the sink drain!I also use them, for making green tea in my French press, and it works great with tea as well!The other paper filter bags, just don't allow the steeping process, so they're going into the garbage, LOL!If you're wanting a good filter, for the same reason, these are it!
