Si eres de las personas que cruza el brazo en la brazada, te cuesta dar el jalón debajo del agua, estás palas o paletas son ideales para mejorar la técnica.

I have the Agility hand paddles, but I needed some help with my wrist so I tried the Bolster Paddle. Well worth it. Helped instantly and now I use them during my warmup laps. They also helped me improve my early catch, more so than the Agility hand paddles. With the agility paddles your fingers ( especially the thumb ) are forced in very specific form to hold the paddle..( no strap ). also your hand itself is more compressed and flat. which may not be the best form for you when you are actually swimming. The bolster paddle lets you space your fingers and curve the hand how you would when you are swimming without the paddle. It is a personal thing, but I find I get more power with some spacing of my fingers and a slight curvature.. it is hard to train like that with the Agility paddles.I am in pretty good shape so they do not bother my shoulder but I could see how they could be difficult for someone who is not. Also if your technique is really poor, this is probably not the first thing to use.. They are a bit awkward if you are totally starting out. start with something like the Agility paddles to learn the stroke.

After a learning curve I find the paddles very useful. It tells your hand when and how to enter or exit the water. Great product !

When it came time to get serious in the pool I turned to Finis for many of their great products. Each of these have been integral to me making progress in the pool overall and at helping increase the intensity at the same time.These hand paddles are my least frequently used (I also own the Freestyle and Agility paddles). They are great at what they are designed for, keeping your pull strong. The cumbersome rubber tubing to keep them on your hands took a bit to get used to. All that being said I would still recommend these to anybody who is looking to correct some inefficiencies in their stroke.
