Cómo funciona
¿Por qué arriesgarse a un bloqueo debido a una llave perdida? ¡Bloquea con un tornillo, tecnología de bloqueo de una tecla! Simplemente selecciona la cerradura específica de tu vehículo, inserta la llave de encendido, gira una vez y la cerradura aprende de forma mecánica y permanente el código de la llave.
Restablecimiento de bloqueo
Los bloqueos de PERNO no se pueden restablecer. Por razones de seguridad, todos los cierres BOLT aprenden permanentemente la primera clave utilizada en ellos. Si decidió actualizar su vehículo, consulte nuestro Programa de fidelización de clientes para más detalles.

I love how you can key the lock with your car/truck key. It makes it so much easier to have the same key. Less keys on the keyring !!Great quality and durability for sure.

Awesome idea. Got this lock as a cheap entry into the other locks that this company has to offer and was not sure if it would work with my 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor. Almost had a heart attack with first use. With the research I did before getting this I was fairly sure that it would work. Key was very difficult to get in and I almost gave up, but with a little patience and slowly working it into the lock it went all the way in and turned. The lock opened and I thought I was successful, except the key was now stuck in the lock. Shut the lock (figuring that maybe it needs to be shut to release the key, which I still do think this is how it operates) but it still did not want to release my key. After a few minutes of more patience and working the key in/out it finally released. The key had some heavy grease on it which I figure has a lot to do with how hard it is to get the key in and out, at first. After that I opened, closed, removed, wiped, inserted, over and over again. After about a dozen cycles inserting the key was a lot easier and after a dozen more removing the key was almost smooth. I feel that over time it will "loosen" up a bit and feel more normal, but it is fully functional with my Mitsubishi key and that made my day a lot better. I figure if you ever sell the vehicle any locks are keyed to then all locks would have to go with the new owner, or you would have to keep at least 1 key from it. That seems OK with me.

Excellent! Insert your factory JEEP key (or many other car brands available), turn fully once, and this lock "learns" your car key. Much better than carry around a plethora of those little keys that come with standard locks.Truly ideal for Jeep Wrangler owners. I love taking my Jeep Wrangler's roof and doors off, I use these to lock my bikes to the spare tire and I lock up all my belongings in Pelican Cases that I lock with these BOLT Locks and the 6" BOLT Cable Lock.BOLT also makes locks for your trailer hitch (5+ Stars on that item too)Pro: Metal used for lock is strong and thick. Incredibly convenient using your car key to unlock a multitude of different locks (I recommend making at least 2 spares of your car keys though).NOTE: This BOLT Lock WILL WORK with standard Pelican Cases like the 1510. It fits in the Pelican Case locking holes just right.Con: Slightly bigger than your standard "Master" or "Brinks" locks but WELL worth it. The larger size is necessary for the mechanize that "learns" your car key.5+ Star, highly recommended, will be buying more soon.Thanks BOLT Technologies and Amazon.
